When you request a download, XSave processes the video URL and quality you submit to retrieve a publicly accessible video. The URL is used to fulfill the request and is not included in XSave's analytics records. Downloaded files are stored temporarily on the service and are eligible for cleanup after 30 minutes when the service next performs cleanup.

For basic, anonymous usage analytics, XSave records event type (such as page view or download outcome), a normalized traffic source, country code supplied by Cloudflare, platform category, and date/time. XSave's analytics database does not store visitor IP addresses or the full referring URL. Hosting, security, and network providers may process technical data, including IP addresses, in their operational logs under their own policies.

Cookies and advertising

Google AdSense code is loaded on informational guide pages only; it is not loaded on downloader, download-result, or navigation screens. Ads are not currently being served while our AdSense review is pending. If ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, IP addresses, and similar identifiers to deliver and measure advertising, subject to their policies and applicable consent requirements. Service providers and retention

Requests are routed through our hosting, CDN/security, and video-source processing providers to operate the service. Analytics event records are retained in the service database until removed or the database is reset. Temporary downloaded files are intended to be removed after 30 minutes by the cleanup routine.

You can choose not to submit a link. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. Do not send passwords or private account links.

Children

XSave is not designed to collect personal information from children. Do not use the service to submit another person's private or sensitive content.
